You might be wondering what it would be like to work with me. Do I have the qualifications, experience, and skill necessary to help you? The best way to find out is to contact me and we can talk about your specific situation and needs—and what therapy might look like for you.
I have over ten years experience working with adults, teens, and children in educational and therapeutic settings, including wilderness therapy programs, caregiving, and residential treatment centers. I completed my graduate training in Somatic Psychology in San Francisco, where I had the opportunity to learn from many pioneering educators and clinicians. Additionally, I completed two years of clinical practicum, partnering with several community organizations to offer mental health services to diverse populations.
Therapy with me is collaborative. I will engage you with directness, humility, and a strong commitment to depth-oriented healing and growth. I have a diverse practice and welcome all who are drawn to work with me, including immigrants, POC, LGBTQI, poly, and kink.
My priority is to help you get connected with the services you need. If either of us feels that we're not a good match, I will provide trusted referrals and assist you in navigating the often confusing mental health system.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern R4635, registered with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists; and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate MC 60706456 Registered with the Washington Department of Health. I practice under the supervision of Daniel Schiff PhD 1752.
Therapy is a dynamic process that can support, guide, and catalyze the change you want.
