Navigating the mental health system can often be confusing. I can assist you in understanding different options that might be available to you and what services would best meet your needs.
I currently see clients during the day on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, as well as in the evening on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This expanded availability allows me to more readily accommodate your schedule and find an appointment time that will work well for you.
quality mental health services should be acessible
I strive to make therapy accessible. If finances are a limiting factor, I encourage you to contact me and we can discuss a rate that is sustainable for you. I do offer a limited number of reduced fee slots.
Additionally, if you are insured I can provide a reimbursement receipt for services, however, I cannot bill insurance directly at this time. Many clients find that paying directly for services may be comparable in price to using insurance due to the high deductibles and co-pays required by many insurance providers. Additionally, direct payment allows for greater confidentiality and freedom in our work, as insurance providers place limits on the services that may be provided and require disclosure of diagnosis and other confidential information.
located in the heart of downtown Portland
The Spalding Building // 319 SW Washington Street, Suite 1015 // Portland, OR 97204
my office is centrally located, and easily accessible from all of Portland's four quadrants as well as Beaverton, Tigard, Gresham, and Vancouver
Car: Metered street parking is usually available nearby. Central Plaza Parking Garage is located directly across the street from the entrance to the Spalding Building.
Public Transport: MAX blue, red, orange, and yellow lines all have stops within 4 blocks of my office. Several bus lines also stop nearby.
Bike: Bike racks are located on the sidewalk near the front entrance to the Spalding Building.
Once you enter the building you’ll want to take the elevator to the 10th floor. I am in Suite 1015, which is down the hall to your right as you exit the elevator. You will see my name on the plaque outside of the door which leads to the waiting room. Help yourself to some tea and make yourself comfortable. There are single stall restrooms located back past the elevators on the left side of the hallway; the restroom keys are located next to the tea station. I will come out and meet you in the waiting room at our scheduled time.
